Hola! in our Spanish 1 class we did a project on foods from a different country. We each had to pick a country and pick a traditional dish that you would find in that country. The country that I picked was Panama, and the traditional dish that i chose was Huevitos de Leche. Heuvitos de Leche is a milk candy in the shape of eggs that are wrapped in colorful paper. Huevitos De Leche can be found on the streets of Panama. No only did we get to make our dish and show it at our school final spanish exhibition, but we also got to write our own ode about an ingredient in our dish. i decided to write an ode to Leche (Milk). All in all i loved this project and i had a fun experience with this project. Feel free to read my recipe and my ode!
